Terms and Conditions

1. As our annual turn over is below 40 lakh, we are not applicable in GST scheme all our invoice receipt / bill of supply are estimate copy.

2. Goods once sold cannot be return taken back or exchanged.

3. No Bargain, No Discounts, No Credit fixed price for retail / counter sale.

4. Kindly give us the cost approval with advance 80% as Cash / On Date Cheque / DD / Online Transfer on your P.O balance one day before delivery.

5. Goods will be delivered only after 100% payment settlement - No cash on delivery (COD).

6. Cheque return charges applicable as actual.

7. Delivery / Frieght charges are to be bear by clients.

8. Bulk Orders : From the date of advance paid based on quantities delivery will be made excluding Sunday's, Festivals & Govt Holidays.

9. Special packing / machine packing charges will be additional.

10. Our liability is only till Courier, Postal, Outsourced Delivery Boys, Transporters doorstep we / company is not liable for any missing of items, shortage or due to transportation, misuse or wrong handling any other damages caused in connection with the use of products.

11. Only for Printing : Proof Reading is not our responsibility if the design & Data Entry has been made by your end & there will be 25% natural decrease or increase in color, text, resolution comparing to PC or mobile screen and final printing.

12. Only for Food : Keep our product closed in air tight clean container or as per our instructions to avoid spoiling due to atmospheric condition and consume before expiry date.

13. Keep in dark & cool place avoid refrigeration except Pickle, Ice Cream, Sweet, Cakes, Chocolates, Gravies, Etc ..

14. For better taste & texture on selected items re-heat the product in tawa / microwave for max 5 to 10 seconds / keep under gas stove before consuming.

15. We certify that foods mentioned in this invoice are warranted to be of the nature and quality purported to be.

16. Our Estimate / Quotation has validity of 10 days from time of sending.

17. Please check your ordered items before leaving our premises or after you receive delivery.

18. Once billed it cannot be cancelled / carry forwarded / kept on hold.

19. All disputes are to Chennai Jurisdiction.

20. Please note that our company employees do not ask for OTP/PIN/Password to login your account Id's. Do not share personal details like OTP/PIN/Password with anybody and we don't share any link's to anyone also be cautious of fraudulent offers through malicious links.
